Quick, efficient and super friendly!
Shivani Maurya went above and beyond to assist us with a fairly large issue and she did so during the weekend as well as the company mental health day. She made sure we were fully functional and online before the start of the business week in New Zealand which given the timezones is not the easiest task. Shivani seems to be the most effective problem solver we have dealt with and is an asset to the BE company that embodies the lead-by-example mentality. Thank you, Shivani.
