Himanshu was awesome! Not only was he quick to respond, but he identified the issue and took it a step further to assist in uploading the missing contacts in question. He could have easily told me to upload them, but he offered to take care of it for us. That is the kind of customer experience we look for. Nice job!
My representative went above and beyond to solve the problem of Birdeye substituting the text number we had with the trial account to the text number assigned to us after becoming a customer. She was outstanding!
