Everybody has been fast reliable and right on time - i was scedualed a call for 4Pm sydney time and they were spot on to the minute at 4 pm and Nidhi was awesome & helpful as was Praveen Reddy from Tech support who was so helpful & did a fantastic job and did not rush it & try to move to next customer i am so far very happy with everything....
I felt he went above and beyond and even sent me a calculator for our reviews. Much appreciated :)
