Everything about B.O. was enjoyed, from the ease of appt date and time, phone calls to reschedule (3 times), minimum time to put the braces on, etc. I'd definitely refer them to anyone!
My daughter had her first visit there today. We pick out what was the best way to go for her and we walked out with her braces... We live in cullman and the staff was amazing highly recommend Birmingham Orthodontics... They have payment opportunities for everyone...
I absolutely love the staff at the Alabaster location! They were so sweet and nice! I had my free consultation that morning around 11:40 and was done by 12:30, after I picked out the plan that was the best for me, she asked if I would like to get my braces that day at 2! They told me to go eat and I didn't (regretted it bc afterwards you are alittle sore and the glue has to completely dry!) I can say that I had the best experience with Birmingham Orthodontics! Thank y'all so much!
I just had the consult for my son. I can NOT express what a PLEASANT experience this whole staff gave us! It was all smiles and nothing but trying to make us feel comfortable the whole time! Such a WONDERFUL staff!

Yesterday I had my first appointment. I live in Cullman and this office was most definitely worth the drive! The staff was fantastic, very helpful and determined to help you get started with your smile. I love love love Birmingham Smiles.
