It’s time to find a new vet. Would not recommend this place at all. We own seven dogs that my husband competes in field trials with. In the last month we have tried to take a dog in for a minor issue and both times been turned away and told to go to the emergency vet clinic. Their customer service stinks. They don’t seem to have any interest in keeping clients.
If there was a choice I would not give them any stars. I took my dog there because he hadn't eaten in days. They did X-rays and gave him fluids. They couldn't say whether he had a foreign object in his gut or not. $600 later they told us to bring him back the next day for more fluids and more X-rays to see if he needed surgery or not. This was on a Friday and Saturday. On Saturday when he went back they charged us another $200, which included a reexam fee! Which is ridiculous when they had just seen him the day before. We've been taking our dogs and cats here for many years. Never any pressure to have unnecessary procedures, no hard sell of products whatsoever. We never feel as if we're being judged for feeding our fur-beasts less expensive food. Really like all the docs here and the front office staff.

Love Dr Mohr and most of the staff. However the woman that regularly answers the phone needs some customer service lessons. Will not be going back due to a phone call I made and received nothing but bad attitude
