The technician was very pleasant and freely offered advice about maintaining my furnace. However, before he left, he forgot to remove a jumper wire he had used to bypass my thermostat so my furnace would not stop running. I called the office and he promptly returned to solve the problem. This was not a big issue with me and certainly no reason to avoid doing business with this company. I am satisfied with the service I received.
