The service was great and the gentleman was on time and professional. The other thing I was impressed with another company came in and said that my motor was going out. He told me that I need to switch it out right away and or any time I turn on my thermostat I should say my prayers. This gentleman said that nothing was wrong and that it is kicking on fine and it doesn?t need to be replaced and there is nothing that is wrong with it. That was a big win and a big worry off me. It went well. However, be sure to be clear about what kind of furnace you have so they can send the right person the first time. I sent a pic to be on the safe side (had no clue what kind it was), but it was of no help. I think it's best that you communicate over the phone. Otherwise, both guys were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.
