Great response and overall we would have been happy except we were way overcharged for a gas hose that needed to be replaced as part of the tune up. We were charged over $100 for this hose! If it weren't for the overcharge on the hose I would have given these guys all "A's".
Black Lion's representative, Brad, was courteous, professional, efficient, andextra helpful. I had not recieved useful customer care from Honeywell's Customer Service Line with a question about opening the thermostat panel.Brad showed me how to open the thermostat panel and replaced the batteries for me at no additional cost. And Black Lion's Custoemr Service representative, Linnea, was efficient and a pleasure to talk to when I set up, and later confirmed, the appointment.

We were under a time crunch to replace the gas water heater in the home we were selling. The one we had was working but the buyers insisted it be replaced ARGH! Black Lion was offering a special on Angie's List and had good reviews. He was very responsive to my inquiry and able to schedule the work quickly. All went smoothly.

The technician showed up at the promised time (I got a call ahead from the service provider's call center to let me know the technician was on their way). Service was very professional. The technician worked with me to adjust the fan speeds on the furnace and also provided more information about how the system worked. Overall a very pleasant experience and good value for the money.

From Angie list we saw black lion has promotion. Our water heater and furance are 20 years old Brian met us at home, and we don't want base model. Brian suggest us Brant 315 2 stage furance, from amazon, this is a pretty good product. We shopping around 3 vendors, Black lion provide most competitive price. We communicated in email and sort out all details and working with Brian. The project completed on 11/24, his crews are professional and get the job done pretty well. They also introduce their service to us.
