Appt went very smoothly -- on time, did advertised work, answered my questions. This was an Angie's deal, and I ended up paying more because of timing--it was offered for less before and after I purchased it. Still, the price was less than other quotes I received from other companies. Overall, very satisfied.

We paid an additional cost for the services because they had to replace the fan.I'm thinking they used the $99 dollars just to walk into the door. They should not be so expensive on the fan. The worker was cordial, polite and informative. He cleaned up after himself before he left. The maintenance was excellent. He was responsive and punctual.
Punctual, good advice, very professional. Beyond the serivce, they did find a broken part on the furnace which they fixed. He did a good job communicating the problem and helping me understand what was required to fix it.

Overall, an excellent experience. Very efficient, straightforward and easy. Brian came to do an estimate - on time, quickly, very easy, received the estimate the next day. Easy to schedule the installation and the installer showed up right on time. The installation went smoothly. Excelletn attention to keeping the workspace clean and tidy. The new unit (Bryant 315A ) and thermostat all working flawlessly.
