Ben came to our home and answered all of our questions about getting a heat pump vs. an air conditioner. We decided to go with a heat pump and Ben arranged for us to meet at a previous customer's home to view the model we were considering purchasing. We wanted a quiet system and appreciated seeing and hearing the unit before purchase. Nick with Black Lion came out to do an inspection, cleaning and tune up of our furnace. We just bought this house and didn't really know how this furnace worked or how to maintain it. Nick was great. Very educational! He showed us how everything worked and how to clean everything and what to be careful of. He showed us how to program our thermostat and did it with us. He was friendly , efficient and we will definitely call Black Lion if we have any issues in the future.
