My first experience with Blackstone was fantastic. Great customer service and they're very personable. Every chance I get I stop by for one reason or another. The free workshops are great and the last one I took was very informative thanks to Scott who also covered scopes during the AR-15 102 workshop on December 16 this past Wednesday. Blackstone has now become a regular weekly spot for us going at least twice a week. The place is always clean and comfortable with a friendly, professional-looking staff, and we like the little extras like the sinks, wipes, and mats to pick up gunpowder and other shooting residue and tactical functions available on some of the ranges. I came into Blackstone for the first time because I saw that they were offering Vets a free hour of range time. As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a smile and the staff were very friendly. After sharing with them that this was my first time here, they personally showed me to the area where I could sign a wavier, watch the safety video, and then they efficiently set me up with a range spot.
