This was our first experience at an indoor shooting range, and we could not have more more pleased. From the minute we walked in the door, everyone was welcoming and friendly. We rented some guns to try them out, as I am gun shopping, and the staff at the rental counter was knowledgeable and helpful. When we finished at the range, as we were walking out, I had a question about a finish on a particular gun. EXCELLENT range with EXCELLENT staff! Everyone was so helpful, attentive, and present from the moment we stepped in (and not in a creepy or invasive way). This gave me great comfort as I was there with my 12-year-old son. We definitely look forward to going again. Keep an eye out for them on Groupon, definitely the way to go for the casual shooter. I absolutely love this place. My girlfriend and I are new to Charlotte and decided to check out the range because it was right around the corner. With that being said, we were so impressed that we immediately got a membership after our first visit and we couldn't be more satisfied. This is a dream facility with an even better staff! I'm new to guns and have gone to Blackstone 5x over the last month to learn as much as I could about guns, accessories, and shooting. I have always been extremely impressed with the staff and their knowledge. After purchasing my first firearm, I wanted a personal 30/30 training experience. The staff was phenomenal. I went there for the first time today and had the pleasure of shooting for the first time here. It was amazing and affordable.
