I went with my friend for her birthday. They did not communicate well to her boyfriend who reserved the lanes for the group and quoted him WAY less than what he ended up paying when we got there and they started adding on fee after fee. Josh, who was working the desk, was INCREDIBLY unhelpful and rude. Management helped us through check in and solved some of the reservation and payment issues. This business is very beautiful with a lot of merchandise and options. Absolutely loved it. The problem I have is the customer service. It was my husband and I first time visiting. We were excited and ready to buy a few things. When we asked “Troy” for help. He looked at us as if we were nothing to him and spoke very rude. We were there for the first time and we were having trouble with our gun and the young man would not help us it made us so uncomfortable that we left here we spend so much money..we talk to the manager but I feel we were not being helped so I WOULD NOT BE GOING BACK

Horrible - very unprofessional, staff did not know what they were doing. They were hovering over my back the entire time like I was not a member and been handling guns for years. 0/10 not going back

I don't even know where to begin about jennifer.. she is AMAZING! Since the first day we contact we knew we found the right person for our day. She is kind, personable, makes you feel relaxed, takes her time to do the right thing ..I could go on and on. We had some struggles since both our families are split so then tension was definitely felt on the day of but she when above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, and stayed positive. I initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. I went in today to have them price a couple of guns. They took my entire bag of gear back in another room and returned it missing two magazines. They would not let me go back to see the room and did not offer anything to replace the magazine or help in anyway. Terrible customer service.

Ever since the first time I came here I’ve had issues with them. They are so unorganized and nobody knows how to do handle transactions properly. First, they schedule me with an instructor that wasn’t even on the schedule, making me lose my time. Secondly, when my fiancé tried to sign up for membership, the guy couldn’t do it properly, so they charged him $500 and have not refunded the money.
