I came in on Saturday at about 3:30 as a walk-in customer...I was told that it would be a 90 minute wait... That 90 minutes turned into 2 hours & 45 minutes...Since you close @ 7...there was no use for you to WASTE ANY MORE OF MY TIME...since your lane rental is an hour...and at 6:15...I was still sitting there waiting... I ended up walking out without firing a single round!! I find this unacceptable!! If you are going to have "Walk-In" customers...you should adopt a much better system to get them to the lanes and shooting.
Poor service. Don't buy here. I purchased a shotgun here last night. I looked at one in the showcase and i was not aware that i was given a different gun. I arrived home and removed the gun from box to find damage to the trigger guard. I immediately contacted them by email,facebook messenger and phone. I was told to contact the manufacturer and the store was not responsible. I have purchased numerous guns from Sportmans Inc and Shooter Express and have never been brushed off like that. Poor customer service. Idk if they were racist or if they just dont have proper management or what the deal is. But some of the workers were rude the first day we were there. Nobody wanted to take the time to help and explain the guns to me. Like they didnt want me to purchase certain things. And the wait time was horrible. And then the second day we went back to shoot at the range and it took us a hour just to be noticed then they looked passed us for another 30 minutes to let other people check in and out before we could e... read more
