To think just over a month ago i was constantly losing my deposit due to the fact that i was new to trading now am sleeping and profiting at the same time. TERRIBLE option for anyone on a budget. They do offer a Paw Plan to cover routine visits only, but if they fail to get your get the care they need, they absolutely will continue to charge you after your pet has passed away. I adopted a senior cat recently who started refusing food. She was losing weight rapidly, and because she had an established vet record here from her previous owners, I thought it would be best to bring her back here where she was last seen. Even after consulting her records, the best they could come u... read more

place is a joke. My dog was diagnosed with Lyme decease months back and we have been keeping an eye on him. A week ago he basically stopped eating and developed a rash on his stomach. Vet was contacted and we where told that instead of seeing our dog (who has been there a few times) to give him an antibiotic. things got worse and we decided to get a second opinion, turns out we could have saved that prescription cost because it was cancer (he is no longer suffering). With the location change comes the greed ,........... read more

I took my dog Lily to Blair Animal Hospital for SEVENTEEN YEARS. Little did I know the love and compassion ended when Dr. Wells retired. She had a serious health emergency on Monday this week while they were OPEN. I called to ask if I could bring her because I was fearful she was going to pass away. I got put on hold for several minutes, and when she returned to the call told me they didn’t have time to see her and to take her to the emergency vet in State College. Didn’t offer comfort, didn’t wish us well, didn’t even ask a... read more

they have changed there staff. I had rhea. my dog in for her nails. they had some lady laying on top of her will they cut her . they was causing so much pain to her that I had stop them. the vet laugh about it. when they brought Rhea back to me . she hide behind me and wet her self. Because she was so scared.. I told the vet this and she thought it was funny. I'll never let them see any of my family members. as it goes for my daughter..

Business response:

Dwayne Our veterinary technicians practice high quality care, and we take the health and well-being of the pets we serve very seriously. We feel our hospital may not be the best fit for you, and at your request, have prepared your records for transfer. We wish you and all your fur babies the best of luck and sincerely hope you find a veterinary practice that suits your needs.

Cannot believe, how your place of care has gotten, to literally make me wait until payday, bring him in , was great, it was 2 yrs since his last visit, but now he’s been there 2 x , in the past few months, still saying how you would just allow me to purchase the meds , they know he needs , but I owe them a balance or they would, I prove I paid, then they say , they still must see him ! Now I’ve been coming probably since the mid 80’s and sent you guys a lot of people with animals! Everyone I’ve told, couldn’t believe, you wi... read more

You should be about the animals more than the money. You'd have let us walk out with a very sick animal because we didn't have hundreds of dollars to shell out. We only came there because our vet was sick. Not a good experience. Will not recommend nor return.

Business response:

Roxene, we understand that veterinary care can be costly, which is why we always try to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. We offer a variety of treatment options so that you may select a less costly alternative, if possible, so please don’t hesitate to voice your concerns to your veterinarian during your next visit. We aim to provide you with the information and educational resources to make the most informed decision for your pet. Please let us know if we can answer any of your questions!
