I did my best to self-diagnose the issue. I looked on-line for the codes and determined the 4 flashes meant an ignition failure. I tried to pass on this information to Kelly so the tech could bring the required part but she said that wasn't necessary, he would do his own diagnosis. I was correct, he had to go back to the shop for the part so it was a lot more expensive than it needed to be. Disappointed.
