Blake was absolutely fabulous! He helped us in a very timely fashion in order to enable us to put a bid in on time. We will be eternally grateful for that!!! The rest of the process was very cumbersome. Granted, we haven’t purchased a house in 37 years, and things have changed. It would be nice if the people requesting things would be more precise about exactly what they needed and the time frame that they need material from.
