The loan originator was great the support staff for gathering the needed back-up was a little challenging. Their request were very vague and numerous submittal were required. Would suggest for each document requirement provide specific details and a check sheet for a document.
Blake was incredibly responsive (even outside of business hours) to help us from start to finish! He expedited the process and everything kept on schedule through to completion!

Blake was absolutely fabulous! He helped us in a very timely fashion in order to enable us to put a bid in on time. We will be eternally grateful for that!!!
