The process to get financing went quick and communication was good. There was a challenge with VA processing that caused some stress that I believe could have been avoided. We would recommend you to others.
Blake and his team at American Pacific Mortgage closed my contract within 26 days from first requesting mortgage funding, The entire process was managed with close communications to keep the client on a fast track to close my 30 year fixed, conventional loan. He also handled a VA Home loan for me and beat the underwriting costs of the largest competitors.

The loan originator was great the support staff for gathering the needed back-up was a little challenging. Their request were very vague and numerous submittal were required. Would suggest for each document requirement provide specific details and a check sheet for a document.
