Have not taken out a loan for a house in 23 years and definitely not that large so the guidance was definitely needed and appreciated. I am not use to electronic signatures and some many addendums so Blake and his team did a wonderful job and showed great patience with us. Thanks again

Blake and his team were able to rapidly adjust my credit to ensure I’d be able to buy the house I wanted before it was taken off of the market!
