Everything went excellent up until closing, when the final down payment wasn't what we discussed a couple of weeks prior. However buying my 2nd. home through Blake was very good and I will use his services again. Thanks
The process to get financing went quick and communication was good. There was a challenge with VA processing that caused some stress that I believe could have been avoided. We would recommend you to others.
Blake and his team at American Pacific Mortgage closed my contract within 26 days from first requesting mortgage funding, The entire process was managed with close communications to keep the client on a fast track to close my 30 year fixed, conventional loan. He also handled a VA Home loan for me and beat the underwriting costs of the largest competitors.
The final numbers were higher than we had agreed upon but Blake corrected them before closing but it gave me a red flag for.a.bit. But He delivered like he said he would ..
