Mary Beth Rodeffer is the best furniture saleswoman we have ever experienced. She helped find us the perfect couch for our needs on such a short time. All communication with her was very prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It arrived earlier than expected. It’s the most beautiful, comfortable couch we have ever owned, worth every penny! Having recently relocated to Ocala, and in the need of new furnishings for my new home, I am glad to have discovered Blocker's. Debbie Rich, the Design Consultant I have worked with has been great - professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. Also, their delivery & set-up team is friendly and first rate. My home furnishings go-to place for the long haul !

After visiting every single furniture store in this area, and after a very bad experience at a local furniture store, I shopped at Blocker's and was pleasantly surprised at the level of personal attention, high quality of pieces (not one thing was damaged, which has not been typical for my recent purchases elsewhere), reasonable prices, and superior customer support from Tyler in sales through Brian and Norm in delivery, and everyone in customer service. Thank you Blocker's!

We just went shopping for a new bedroom set. We went to Blockers and were helped by a lovely sales clerk named Tracy. We ended up getting a very nice bedroom set and new mattress. Waiting for it to be delivered. We'll keep you posted.

Many thanks to Jason, Chris, and Mary Beth! We bought a special order lift chair for my 94 year old mom that arrived with some manufacturing issues. Jason in Sales got us right to Service Manager Chris, who took care of the process to return the chair. It was picked up, store credit issued as I requested, and Mary Beth in Sales worked hard to find us another chair for mom. Mom loves the new chair, and there is enough credit left to get a new chair for myself!

We were thrilled with our experience at Blockers. They helped us so much after a special order chair for my 94 year old mother was delivered with some problems. The chair was picked up, returned to the manufacturer, and we were issued store credit at my request. They spent the necessary time with us to get the perfect replacement.
