We were thrilled with our experience at Blockers. They helped us so much after a special order chair for my 94 year old mother was delivered with some problems. The chair was picked up, returned to the manufacturer, and we were issued store credit at my request. They spent the necessary time with us to get the perfect replacement. Deliveries are handled efficiently, including a call ahead to provide a timeframe for the delivery to arrive. We are never disappointed with Blocker's.
Sales person,Sandra S., was knowledgeable regarding different upholstery types. Worked with me regarding sale pricing and coupon savings opportunity. Delivery was scheduled for a 2 hour period and the delivery was made during the first half hour of the time period. Pleasant shopping experience.

Our experience at Blockers was great. Our sales associate, Cindy, was very professional and knowledgeable. Our furniture came within the first 30 minutes of the delivery window and all went very well with the delivery and set up. I would certainly recommend Blockers to others.
