First of all, I love the new system of sending out a reminder email and text message. It is so much more efficient and easier to manage my appointment. I had no wait to be taken and my cleaning was started immediately. The hygienist was thorough and gentle. The follow up with Dr. Samano covered what is and the possibility of might be.
Everything was great. My 4 year old son got treated wonderfully. We waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The dental hygenists were very gentle and friendly. I'm very happy with everything.

Staff is professional and courteous . Wait time was just a few minutes.. Dr. Kejbou and his staff are wonderful also..
I travel over 35 minutes every time I come to this dentist office because it is one of the best in the state. The entire staff, from the front desk all the way up to every doctor is professional, polite and courteous. They are all very skilled and do a phenomenal job.
As always, my experience with BHDA was pleasant which is not a description you would expect from a dentist visit. I had an early morning appointment and before I could get comfortable in the waiting room, I was called back to the dental area. I was getting prep work for a crown which meant the area had to be numbed and the affected tooth ground down.
