The service was impecable. I love this place so much I take my entire family of four. The staff and Dani our dentist always listen to each of our individual needs and we enjoy our visits. Now that their appointment system has gone high tech it is a perfect balance of high tech and high touch.
As always, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Everyone at the office is extrememly friendly and personable. I have referred my entire family ages 3-50 and each and every one of them is grateful for the care they have received at your office. Front desk girls, billers, hygenists, dental asssistants and doctors get an A++ from my family!
Because of the care I have received, I no longer have the fear I did for so many years in going to the dentist. Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful..
Would Not recommend this dentist office. The work is POOR quality. When you have to come back for adjustments..good luck on getting in w/emergencies. SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, I like to say Dr. Samano and the dental assistants there are very kind and make me feel comfortable. The complaint that I have is the girls in the reception area. They do not acknowledge the patients when they come into the office. I came in for an appointment and no one greeted me or made me feel welcome. I drive a long way to come see Dr. Samano. I used to have to bribe my children to go to the dentist! Now that we are at BHDA they don't say a word but instead run into the office.
