The staff is pleasant, they take the time to get to know you, they don't rush you, they do a great job and it is greatly appreciated!

I was treated very well and ALL my questions were answered.Those who performed the whitening Procedure were very friendly and minimized my fears. My only concern was that my teeth did not become as white as I had hoped - but still better than they were before the procedure.
Its great to feel like we are all humans in the room and its not simply a Doctor/Patient relationship. Keep it fun, informal but also professional when needed.
My visit was handled efficiently and professionally and a small additional item was taken care of while I was there that saved me having to schedule another appointment. That's customer service! Thank you!

Always a positive experience at Blue Back Dental. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned so that they sparkle. Tracy did an excellent job and lived up to the professionalism and positive attitude that is the norm at BBD. It is apparent that everyone there enjoys their job, from the Doctors to the receptionists and bring a layer of warmth and community that is so rarely seen and experienced in this busy world. Each patient is valued and welcomed. No need to dread going to the dentist here!
