recently worked with Blue Haven Pools, overall, I had a very positive experience. Robert, the pool rep who handled our project, stood out especially—polite, professional, and genuinely friendly. OMG....where do I start....let's first with Mr Jon Williams and Michael Wilson.....these gentlemen make the perfect team. Their chemistry, communication and attention to detail was exemplary. While these gentlemen were busy working they managed to entertain all my questions with ease and without frustration. The time needed to finish the job was far less than planned. Blue Haven was great from start to finish. They were able to accomodate any changes. If I had an issue, they were quick to respond to resolve the situation. Michael, our designer, was great in assisting us with creating our pool design and took the time to meet our needs.
