Beautiful Pool, Wonderful Design, and Overall Great Experience We went with Blue Haven after visiting a neighbor who had a pool installed. Had other quotes, but Blue Haven's was very competitive and we felt our best value. Love the pool design Justin! We had a good experience with Blue Haven and the contractors we met were courteous and experienced in their skills. Everything was fine. After seeing what Blue Haven did at my house, my neighbor had a pool built too. Everything seemed to go fine for me. The only problem I had was with the guy who came out who did the start up. I didn't get the sense that he was really into his job or into what he was doing. For instance, my wife was there when he came out and based on his demeanor she asked him if he was having a bad day. ...

Great Pool but... We got designs from Blue Haven and Keith Zars. Both designs were nice but Keith Zars was completely inflexible on everything. You either took their design or got nothingterrible way to do business. Keith Zars also took 2 weeks just to produce the plan. Blue Haven (Doug) came out to the house with his laptop and in about 4 hours created the design at our kitchen table, changing designs on the...

It was good! Blue Haven Pool Builders was just overall pretty good. We did have some issues during construction but they corrected it. We found out about them through an advertisement. It's been three years. Blue Haven Pool Builders was just fair to deal with. It was good!

Great price, great quality work. Blue Haven has a great price and great quality work. They also have great service, form the initial contact all the way to the end of the service, when they collect that last payment. After that, they've got the money, so they don't have to pay too much attention. In my opinion, if they want to improve, they have to provide more after the service followup.

Great pool, service needs work. A neighbor of mine had used Blue Haven Pool Builders, and recommended them to me when I decided to have a pool built. I shopped around with other pool builders, but chose Blue Haven in the end. The custom pool they built in my back yard turned out well--the quality is great, and I'm happy. Capable of doing a quality job with customer oversight. We decided to use Blue Haven Pools because the salesperson provided the best presentation of the 3 companies we interviewed. We had a good experience with the salesperson, but once the sales process is over, you do not hear from that person again. Everything was turned over to the project director, who was less than professional. That project director was terminated part way through the process...

Innovative ideas, quality contractors, timely and professional manner. I would recommend Blue Haven Pools. They basically designed the pool at the house. They had some good ideas that they brought to the table that we didn't think of. After the proposal we set the price and started in the fall.
