Exceptional quality, through and informative. They gave me the most bang for the money. I recommend Blue Haven Pools every opportunity I get. They have been able to gain maybe 8 or 9 referrals from me. I especially appreciate Doug. He is the designer and salesperson that I worked with, and he is awesome. He is very patient with customers, he explains everything clearly, and he is reachable. I would give him a perfect rating. The only problem I have had is that two motors went out...

They have been great to work with. I like everything about them. This is my fourth pool with Blue Haven. I like their work and I like their customer service. I like everything about them. I have Blue Haven build two pools in Texas and two in California. And, I had another pool remodeled. They have always been great to work with. They were very proactive and professional. We had Blue Haven Pools do our pool. We had some problems, because the color pretty much came out black. After going back and forth, they redid the pool in the color I had selected. I personally think that the guys who did it just picked the wrong color. Blue Haven Pools didn't have to change it, because of the documents that I signed, but I really appreciate that they did. I was real...

They did a good job. Blue Haven Pools came in, and said they could do the job. It went pretty smooth. There were some minor details that were not their fault, because we had to wait for city inspectors and things like that. However, we still got it done within the time limit. My pool is beautiful. Blue Haven Pools built a pool for me, and it looks beautiful. Everything worked out perfectly. I tell everyone I know to call Blue Haven. The people they sent to do the work were fine, the only thing was that after the sale was done I never heard from the salesman again. It would have been nice if he talked with us while the work was being completed as well. When the technician tells...

Overall it was good. Blue Haven Pools was a fine experience overall. They did both the pool installation and the service after. The only thing is, they don't always respond really quick with the follow up. However, the entire project was good.
