Tuesday was not my first visit to Blue Ridge and Dr. Smith. However, it was a very important visit - to me! From the moment I called for the appointment until I walked out of Dr. Smith's office after treatment, I felt very cared for. May have to have more done and will certainly return to Blue Ridge and Dr. Smith. Also had physical therapy there in 2016 after breaking my knee. Everyone shows a caring, dedicated attitude. The best!
I met with Dr. Heller yesterday and so glad I did. He listened to everything that I felt caused me my pain and the limitations it was having on my life. Dr. Heller explained what exactly was happing with me and my body and back. He had devised a plan to help me become pain free with understanding my limitations of my Obamacare HMO. Wow there is quality care out there that's just not in it for the money. Dr. Helller and his team are working with me to do all things possible and make them affordable on my budget. The specialists and ancillary personnel at Blue Ridge Orthopedics are excellent. I guess the large aging population here has attracted some of the best to our area. They have replaced both my knees, turning me from a cripple into an able-bodied person.
They are very good, no waiting they were ready for me before I finished filling out the paperwork!! I would recommend them to anyone that needs orthopedic care. Nancy E
We could not have found a better place for our son’s surgery. Everyone was very friendly. They answered all of my questions, explained every aspect of his procedure, kept me up to date during his operation and were so kind and thoughtful to him and us. The doctors and nurses are incredible!!
