Blue Ridge correctly diagnosed my knee pain and administered injections that greatly relieved that pain. Well done.
The staff at these facilities are very helpful and most of all, patient. They explained all procedures and were able to answer all questions in detail. They genuinely seem to care.
Terrific group of Doctors and staff!!! No issues getting an appointment as a new patient (very rare these days especially in Warrenton). Any kind of orthopedic issues you have, these are hands down the Docs you want!
I was very appreciative of my treatment from Dr. James Ward, who is exceptional. And, the staff is very professional, kind and respectful.
Dr. Heller has been my go to guy for pain management for over 2 year. He is very professional and knowledgable. Dr. Seal has performed one surgery I needed 2 years ago and is about to perform another on my lower back. He's great and I could not ask for a better doctor. He answers all my question and makes me feel at ease with any surgery I may need. Everyone at blue ridge is courteous and helpful.
I am nearing 60 years old so with that I have increased my need for medical visits in recent years. I can not remember receiving such professional and "thorough" care as I have from Dr.Heller. He was complete in his assessment and extremely practical and caring with his explanations and options for my situation. I trust his skills as he seems to be passionate in his work and doing what is the best for the patient. I recommend him highly.
Dr Smith is Awesome, I ended up needing surgery for my trigger finger on my thumb and everyone from the front office staff to the anesthesiologist was kind, courteous, and caring about all my needs and fears. I especially appreciated the numbing of my IV site before placement of the IV line, and the wonderful Kim in the billing office who helped us with our aweful insurance company. I would recommend Blue Ridge Ortho to everyone, and especially Dr. Smith for his caring and great bedside manner.
Dr. Chris Brown performed surgery on my broken ankle 10-1-2018. After successful surgery and physical training and follow up with Dr. Brown I have fully recovered in five months. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and Blue Ridge Othopedic. Scott Davis
