RecommendedMy husband and I lived there for 2.5 years. The owners, Terry and Bonnie are wonderful people! Their son Austin is a great guy as well. They are so helpful and understanding when it comes to any problems that may arise. However, we didn't have problems. The park is clean, they planted trees, there is a walking trail which we used twice a day with our cat. They have a lovely pool, free breakfast for overnighters, wi-fi, a driving range, not sure but think shorterm folks have cable, it is quiet even though it is beside I35.... read more

RecommendedWe have had a great time! Clean! Pool is beautiful ! Folks are fabulous! They even have a super made to order breakfast for ya! Also, they gave us awesome advise about our Chip and Joanna excursion and where to eat and park! It was so easy!
Recommended RecommendedGreat check in experience. Full home cooked breakfast included in price was a huge hit for our group. The pool was clean and well maintained. The kids loved it! We were in town for a baseball tournament and would stay again if ever in the area. Great value!
RecommendedLeft San Antonio heading north toward Dallas, storms were forecast so we found I 35 RV Park on the Allstays app. Sounded good and was more then half way. What a pleasant surprise, great staff met us with their office is always open, owners lives on site. Was escorted to our site just before the sky’s opened up, great drainage kept sights well drained, very clean, well kept, small but well equipped exersize room, pool and big area for dog to get his exersize.
