Very nice rv park. Already planning a return trip. Could be a favorite for several trips.
RecommendedStayed here while we visited Waco nice park; pool and free breakfast park is clean noise from the highway but really didn’t bother us will stay again
Everything was awesome � the poor girls cooking worked there butts off trying to keep up with all the orders but both times the breakfast was great � I will Definitely be coming back and letting everyone know �
Great park, friendly folks and great free breakfast. Park is nice. There is noise from I -35 but didn’t bother us sleeping. They have a fitness room, pool and laundromat. We would stay here again
Very nice RV park. Well kept and clean. Great breakfast and great dog run. Would stay again if we are back in this area.
Was there for a week. They just put in new wifi and it is super fast I mean 50+gps Free daily breakfast(tips only) was great too. Well worth checking out. Will stay again when close by.
So many nice places to walk the dogs!!! The pool is amazing and well-maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and the owners are great! Arlo and Harley are my favorite...they complete the package. Oh, and the breakfast restaurant is really with simple country breakfasts that are tasty! You just can't lose here!
Reasonable rates. Friendly people. Wide level pull thru spots. Clean facilities and free homemade breakfast that was YUMMY! They have other amenities as well and are close to Waco and West.
