I was so scared to start this new phase of my life, but the folks at Blue Sky MD made it so easy. Since I am basically on my first week of the meal plans I really can only say that it is so easy to follow! Amazing how much fun it is to take ownership of getting healthy!
Efficient office and staff. No waiting around to be seen. Very good advise and care. I have not felt this good in year. I am 54 and feel like I did in my 30s. Highly recommend.

Blue Sky is very good, they help you understand all aspects of weight loss. I have had very good instructions and support from all the staff, have learned to watch calories, carbs and what is healthy without giving up good tasting food. Drink water, water and water, and treadmill. Would highly recommend!

I went into BlueSky for hormone therapy. Holly my RN was awesome. Took time to talk to me about my concerns/ needs as well as costs and medical insurance coverage. Friendly knowledgeable n she addressed my problem correctly first time. Recommend her and facility for sure!!
