Great staff! Very encouraging and helpful. I learned a lot about nutrition and what works and doesn't. They do full blood workup in order to really figure out your needs. I highly recommend!
Since going to Blue Sky i have lost over 53 pounds and still losing. I started in late January 2017 and for the first time ever actually enjoy being on a diet. The staff in Asheville are awesome and i have learned finally, how to do this as a long term commitment and not just a quick fix, this has changed my life. I began going to Blue Sky for Hormone Therapy and weight loss.I was impressed by the pre testing and information gathered for both my programs.The office environment is both friendly and professional. After my first treatment I immediately noticed I had more energy as well as better sleep.
