Had an awesome visit wirh Dr.
After giving me 2 packs of shakes she never told me how to use them or how to mix them. There are no directions on the packages. I don't know what to do with them.

hello there, sorry to hear you are having trouble mixing the shakes. if you have a blender bottle or shaker bottle, you would empty the contents of one packet and mix it with 8oz of water or your preferred liquid, ie almond milk, coconut milk or other. If you use anything other than water, be sure and account for the calories/carbs in your journal. Look for lower added sugar options.
