It was actually a bad day the last I came. I was scheduled for Thurs 2/16 and was asking to change to the 17th b/can you were dbl booked. So I did and then I waited for 45 minutes after my appt and then had to ask what the deal was, and no one knew. It was after I was taken back that PA told me that she was double booked.
