The service dept doesn’t call when they say they will. It always takes twice as long as it is supposed to. I always have to call to find anything out. They want $90 up front to diagnose know matter how obvious the problem is. Last time I knew what the problem was even when I was told it might be something else. I priced the part, called a different dealer got the part cheaper. ( not the first time I’ve done this). I took a chainsaw in to have it checked out they wanted $300 to fix a $180 saw.
