Had my mother's lawn mower fixed here and they did a fabulous job!! Would highly recommend Blue Valley Tractor!
Sorry but no. They literally STOLE my lawn mower and I have their employees on video admitting it. Police were called and I was told that the owner said if I sued them that they would counter sue for storage fees that would add up to more than the value of our mower even though they were supposed to be repairing it. I won’t spend a penny here. I’ll order parts from amazon so that I’m not paying the up charge for “the building you’re standing in” - per the guy at the counter.

Not a choice to give less star I purchase a mower machine for a less than a year & a had already 3 times issues with and the salesperson never give us the right answers they are liar and liar and they want to by for 3,750 which we buy for almost 8k����
Absolutely terrible! Bought a commercial mower after deciding on Ferris brand. Terrible sales experience and communication. Should have walked away, but only close dealer. Recently had warranty work needed. Terrible communication on completion, no one ever returns VMware left for them. Delivered mower when complete, but to the wrong house!
If you can use someone else, use anyone else. What a nightmare. Six months to get a simple fix on our tractor. Poorest of communication.
I took my exmark phaser there to have a hydraulic drive on the right side fixed it took them 4 days to look at it and all they did was put a new belt on it & that did not fix it so they just parked it out side and forgot about it I finally called 2 weeks later & that's what I was told so after talking to the service manager & telling him it was the hydros that needed work he told me he would check it out and get someone on it well he called me back and told me it was the hydros DUH !!! said it would have be shipped in & woul... read more
