I love my Blue World Pool Kirk installed my pool he was great took pictures and sent them to me while I was at work. When I got home I had my pool Kirk was patient and walked me through maintenance and care of my pool.
Customer service is great and product is great . Have been satisfied with service and the pool.
The guys had to dig out some of the yard to level it out for the pool. Did good job getting it ready. Explained everything at the end for running the pool and even closing it up. Only thing I wish is that they would have leveled out the dirt they dug up. Other than that, haven’t had any issues with pool!
Great team excavated and installed the pool. We followed the well organized instructions on how to maintain the pool and winterize it. The Ultra Blu copper ionizer kept the water crystal clear all summer. Ordering new Ultra Blu chamber was very easy. We have had a great experience with Blue World Pools and love the pool.
