I had an issue with my filter and I received excellent and very friendly service when I contacted Blue World Pools. I would highly recommend.
My wife and I bought our pool last year and have had nothing but fun! The process was surprisingly smooth from the original saleswoman all the way to the installation completion. The saleswoman did great in negotiating for us in the best price and style for our pool. From there, the installer came in giving us recommendations on where to set it the pool up in my backyard and was very informative (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE OUTDOOR OUTLETS). Had a couple problems initially when the pool was installed but the company took care of it immediately! Great company great pool plan on having it quite a while.
Love our pool! We got tired of buying temporary pools every year or 2 and always losing them to algae, rot, or other things that wouldn’t filter out. They were also a nightmare to get level. The package we got has sturdy steel siding with composite caps, a pool staircase, a huge sand filter, more than sufficient pump, and ionizer. They even did substantial yard leveling as part of the job and included ground vents in addition to the skimmer! I could not be happier with the performance of my Blue Worlds Pool! I have clean clear water all season long with very minimal effort on my part.
We recently got our new pool. Very professional installer. Beautiful pool, great size. The family loves it.
