Blue world pools is a great pool and they help you quickly with parts you need replaced.
We had a terrible experience with our sales representative but we had a wonderful employee Andrea I believe she is a vice president of the company reach out and has made a huge difference in our experience and truly cared about us as customers! I am giving 5 stars purely for the amazing job she has done and helped us through this process and turned a horrible experience into a much better one! Thank you Andrea!

Blue world pools is an excellent company! They installed my pool two years ago and it has been nothing but amazing and easy to care for. The pool is wonderful quality. Literally no wear or tear on it and we use it DAILY in the summer! Customer service is great. I needed a fresh ionizer (the original lasted two seasons which is great) and they took care of me right there over the phone! Highly recommend this company!!
I know one complaint I can agree with is some of the employees have a horrible attitude when dealing with you over the phone. But the company its self has stood by their word in everything else. They got my pool in the very day they told me and the installer was awesome and very knowledgeable. They gave us a little class and ever since my pool has been top notch!!
