We had no issues from start to finish. When we did have a pump leak within 3/4 months of the installation the cimpany shipped a new pump and had the installer come back out to us and replace at no expense to us.
Easy to get financed. Sale person was friendly. Pool is very nice.

Dude, this was a breeze! I got what I wanted, and three weeks later, my pool was in! It took two days to install, and we were swimming the next day! Pool maintenance is super easy, just a gallon of cheap bleach a week, and that's it! My water's always crystal clear.

I overall experience with Blue world pools great from the salesman *** to the installers they were all helpful friendly and kind. The salesmanly was straight up front with us and told us everything we needed to know if it wasn't for him we probably wouldn't have done it. It took about 3 weeks from the time we signed the contract to our pool was in. They were very efficient and helpful in correcting any problems. We had a problem with the liner, but they quickly replaced it and insured against any further problem. They were very easy to work with. They worked with the contracted installers to insure we had a product we would be completely satisfied with. The result is a wonderful pool that our family has greatly enjoyed.
