My whole experience with Blue World Pools has been great. The salesman was not pushy and answered all my questions. The install group was on time and a great team. They cleared and leveled the ground and set up my 27ft pool in one day. They were very respectful of my property, kept the trash picked up and my yard area cleaned as they worked, they answered all my questions and were very professional. I Love my Blue World Pool which we had installed in October 2021. The installation took a little longer than expected, but the installer did an outstanding jobl.
Great job from salesman to communication to the installation with Blue World Pools from start to finish. We Love our new pool and the installers were absolutely amazing and quick! Fantastic job guys! We highly recommend
Rough start but in the end the pool was finally installed on September 1. Wasnt able to use it this year. Didnt receive winter cover but it was here 2 days after install. Also didnt receive the ionizer per cord but will be here in 2 days. Install was great. Would have liked a more in-depth workings of the tank pump etc. Didnt receive manuals on each of the pump pieces. Was going to read up on them this winter. Guess I can look online for them. Quality of the pool seems to be as advertised but I wont know for sure until May 2... read more
Fast response from when the interest card was placed to when the salesmen arrived. They were able to provide a great deal and listed out all expectations. The sales person of course has to do there pitch but understood our time constraints and moved along quickly. Although it may seem odd the installer showed up about a month after signing the documents and completed the install in one day it did take about 10 hours for the install.
We are very please with Blue World Pools **** The salesman came to our house and showed us the different pools that were offered. We went with the 27' pool because we have several grandkids and their friends that come over to our house. The salesman was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The installer came out and installed our pool in one day. After it was installed, he went over how to start it up and how to maintain it. He was very good at explaining all of this.
