The installer **** did an amazing job in installing our pool. Actually he was a day early, therefore I had all day the next into finish filling our pool. And also he has his ******* videos in how to problem solve any issues.

Despite several issues from the start with defective parts, this company continued to work with us until they were resolved. They never charged or tried to charge us and followed up every step of the way. The staff was friendly and communicative on the phone. I love my 27' classic round! My family and I have enjoyed having it this summer. Quality time spent together. The installation crew was very professional and went above and beyond to install in one day. I have been very pleased with any follow-up services.
