Blue Wrench saved the day! We were told that we needed a major engine repair. Out of desperation we called Blue Wrench in hopes we could find a repair shop we could afford. After 5 other shops quoted way out of our financial range, Blue Wrench asked us to bring the van in and let them take a look. The van was diagnosed with only the necessary repairs and the work was done. It came out to be $3500 less than we had been told by the other shops. Honestly, couldn't be more happy with my experience with the shop. I was referred to them by my dad who I got them a while back. I had purchased a replacement alternator at an auto zone thinking I could do it myself. When I called Blue Wrench letting them know I had the part just needed them to put it in, plus needing the van to be towed from my house to the shop, It was not a big deal at all. I brought my F-350 with 84,000 miles to Kendall Ford in Meridian for a dpf sensor repair, that they diagnosed. They fixed it and then my engine light showed back up while they were test driving it. Now they call me to let me know that my DPF needs to be replaced for $8,200. I finally had it as I already came from Lithia Ford who was a rip off since years I found out. While on our way from L.A. through Idaho we stopped for supplies at a Walmart in our motorhome. When we started the motorhome there was a slight noise. Grateful we weren't on a lonely stretch of highway, I looked up repair shops on my phone. The folks at Blue Wrench actually answered the phone and said to bring the coach to them. UPDATE! I got my 1999 GMC Short Bus all fixed up here at Blue Wrench in May before going on a 5 month, 12,000 mile journey across 9 states. I stopped at mechanic shops in most major cities along the way to make sure my bus was still in great shape. After having multiple mechanics look at and work on my bus in LA, Northern Cali, Bend Oregon, Olympia Washington, Idaho Falls, and Austin Texas, BLUE WRENCH IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST MECHANIC SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! (EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE!!!) I want to give a huge shoutout to these guys at this shop. I have a 1988 Nissan 300ZX that I am putting on a dolly to drive with. The problem is I needed to disconnect the drive shaft from the diff and I was unable to do it on my own. (It is 4 bolts) I called maybe 20-30 shops to see if they could do it and all of the other shops said they were booked out and they cannot do it. After all I've been through this past year. I'm very skeptical of any Machanic shop. I had to have a new engine put in my RV along with other things. Such a stressful situation. Jason, Will, Shawn, Brett. all made it a better experience then I could have ever hoped for. If you need an RV worked on & your anywhere in the Boise ID area. I would highly recommend this shop!!!

This is how a business should be run! I can't say enough about Jason and Will on getting us in and back on the road in a timely manner and their knowledge of what needed to be done. They worked with us on parts and labor and even helped us with our special requests. They have a gated security area where we were able to drop off our RV and then our enclosed motorcycle trailer with no worries. I would recommend this business to anyone.
