Jason is fixing my Jeep for no money after I paid thousands of dollars to Blue wrench because it kept having issues popping up I am grateful for Jason and super excited to have my Jeep back and ready for Summer

I took my car in for my engine light was on for something. Once they took my car to do an inspection they let me know they were not charging me for inspecting my car if I choose to fix it, they would just charge me to fix the problem. My fiance looked it up to see how much it would cost and the price they quoted me was right. I paid about 400$ to fix my spark plugs and something else. They took like 1 an hour or maybe 2 I can't remember but it got done and i had no more issues with my car.
I took my 2000 Ford F350 4WD Powerstroke pickup to the Blue Wrench (Boise) repair shop on 8/18/20. I had standard maintenance work to be done on the truck and some computer trouble codes to be assessed and resolved. I took my RV to a dealer who told me I needed a $3300 brake job. Blue Wrench quoted me $1100. When they checked the brakes, they found I still had about 60% left, then didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. They will get all my auto and RV business from now on.
We towed our truck to Blue Wrench or Idaho Fleet Service (never a good sign when a company is going by two names) in May of 2021. I am writing this entry on January 12, 2022 after getting off the phone with the mechanic saying he would not recommend driving the truck and he could have it towed to us. I have never had a mechanic say they could tow my car back to me! We have paid in full to get our truck back in worse condition than it was when we brought it to them. It is my understanding that Blue Wrench has bought out Mr. Mobile Lube. We LOVED Mr. Mobile Lube and used them all the time. They came to our house and changed the oil in both of our trucks. We called them again and they set up an appointment for us for a Thursday at 3 P.M. We made sure we stayed home and had both trucks ready for them. They didn't show, nor did they call.
