Mums progress emotionally since receiving the fantastic care from the carers has been really positive. Shes engaged well, far better than I expected. The development is, I believe taking my mum back to the lady she was years ago which is wonderful. She really values the support, care and assistance in both her physical & emotional being. Their attention to detail is perfect.

My husband has been treated with care and respect, everyone of the staff are very polite, happy and always in uniform. They leave with everything back in place. We are more than happy with all our carers and would not want to change any of them. They have made my life a lot easier with the care they give my husband.
I have confidence and the care provided by our carer. The bond and mutual enjoyment when they go to the dementia cafes has shown me that I have nothing to worry about, and this gives me the time to maximise tasks that I cannot do normally.

My experience with bluebird Care Rotherham is an absolutely phenomenal one. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. They have been proactive in ensuring Dad has a good quality of life. Dad's face lights up whenever he sees his carers or speaks about them. I couldn't be happier

This was the first time we had used a care provider for our daughter. All diligence was carried out by a visit before the day we required care support. Management were keen to engage with out daughter with regards to her needs and any concerns she had. On the day on question all visits arrived on time. The care staff were considerate, understanding, kind and professional. Management contacted us after the day to debrief on any issues. Would be more than happy to use Bluebird again.

The ladies have been lovely in caring for my mum when I'm away. They've looked after her and left everywhere clean and tidy and have been respectful. As my mum said, 'they were lovely'. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Although we never actually started the care with Bluebird for my mum, the initial assessment and prompt responses to our queries was impressive. Everyone was very kind and understanding, so thank you for that. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should we need support in the future.
