The care provided by my dad's carer has been exceptional. Always punctual and offering friendly, sensitive help with washing and dressing each morning. To have the same carer every day for a month was wonderful and the alternative carer, when on rota, was also kind, friendly and effective.

My mum was very nervous about allowing someone into her home and she was experiencing a lot of fear around losing control and autonomy. The carers who came to support my father following an operation were outstanding they showed respect to him at all times. They were punctual and positive and helped my father through a difficult recovery. They always put a smile on his face and came with a positive attitude. They were hard-working and so caring. Excellent from start to finish. Showed great care and consideration at all times and provided an atmosphere of confidence in all she did. The personal care she gave to my wife was superb. The visits over four days were to cover a period of absence of my wife. The carer was always cheerful, on time and professional in her approach. Although i never had much that actually had to be done, I was helped and cared for in a pleasant and polite manner.

I can't recommend this company highly enough! They have been a godsend to our family, taking care of our 90-year-old grandad.
