I can't recommend this company highly enough! They have been a godsend to our family, taking care of our 90-year-old grandad. Nothing has been too much trouble, they have been professional, caring and supportive to us as well as him. The guidance and support we have received has honestly been incredible. It's lovely to be able to not only see on the notes the care he is receiving but having contact from the wonderful staff also gives us so much peace of mind. The response from the Bluebird Care team was fantastic, I needed short-term care at very short notice and the manager was empathetic, warm and stepped in to make it possible for this to happen. The care provided was responsive and respectful and of a high standard and communication was excellent. I am very appreciative of how this was managed. Thank you to the team. Bluebird looked after my dad with dementia. All of the carers were excellent and treated my dad with care, respect and dignity and built up a lovely rapport with him. They got to know his little ways and laughed at his jokes which he loved. He was made to feel important and listened to. We would highly recommend them!

As a new customer, I have found all the people I have spoken to have been extremely helpful and supportive at this difficult time. A lady has visited us twice, helping me to sort out my sister's problems in a very compassionate way. Although I am a new customer I already feel confident that I have chosen the right company for my sister's care.

We have had a lot of care companies and they have been rubbish. But we have found one of the best ones which is Bluebird Care, they are fantastic, take pride in what they do. They have made a big difference, making my job easier. I can go away and know Mum will be looked after. Staff are clean, polite and trustworthy. Credit to them all. Happy we have chosen them.
