We have a carer come and support our mum. She gets in shopping and is a wonderful help to us. She also checks Mum and cleans round. It’s a joy to know someone is going in to see her. We trust her with the money and in choosing appropriate meals. Highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with the care provided by Bluebird Care. The staff were punctual, courteous, very professional in the care for myself. They prepared my breakfast and lunch and assisted with my personal care. They were never too busy to encourage me and answer any questions I had. I would thoroughly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone needing assistance.

I have mentioned before, my mother was never keen to have carers, but once she got to know the girls, she loves them coming and feels at home with them. They are friendly, on time and very knowledgeable and I feel they go the extra mile for her. The family have no complaints. I have recommended to many.
I would like to thank Bluebird Care for everything they do on a daily basis for my dear husband. They make my husband a top priority. The level of care is excellent. They are so kind in their manner, everything is done efficiently with warmth and respect. My carers come in 4 times a day to attend to my husband and I thought that would be difficult for me to deal with, but they all helped to put me at ease in my own home as they come and go. We are very pleased with the level of care my father receives from Bluebird. The two carers who look after him do a wonderful job of looking after his health, both physical and mental, his meals, look after his daily needs and routines and also taking him out and about. We have peace of mind that he is being well looked after and being properly cared for, with the added bonus that he can continue to live safely in his own home.

Bluebird has been a fantastic support for my grandfather. They are extremely professional in all aspects. They make him feel comfortable in his own home and provide a friendly carer who makes him feel like nothing is a hassle. I’m so glad that we were able to have Bluebird Care for my grandfather as he wants to be able to stay in his own home and they make this possible. Easing some of the stresses from our family, knowing someone will be there to have a chat and support him. Thanks again.

My mum is 99 years old with dementia, l don’t know what l would do without the care of Bluebird ladies, they are amazing, so kind, gentle, considerate to my mum's needs, due to her illness she can be extremely difficult to handle but the ladies are well trained in dealing with this, they sing songs mum likes and have fun with her to keep her calm, they are 150% dedicated to this job, l will never be able to thank them enough. Well done Bluebird ladies, love you all and thanks x

Bluebird Care has been a wonderful help to my parents as their circumstances have changed due to age and deteriorating health. The carer we have been allocated has been such a help and encouragement to them, she is a wonderful person to have around. It has given our family peace of mind when we know she will be in helping them.

A companion nurse comes to visit my mum, who has a form of dementia, twice a week. My mum really looks forward to the visits and considers the nurse a friend. The carer has gone out of her way to do lots for my mum and regularly lets me know how visits are and how my mum is. I live a long way away and don't know how we'd cope without the wonderful help of Bluebird Care.
