Fantastic service caring for my parents at home. All the staff were lovely and built great relationships with my parents. The office team were able to adapt quickly as their care needs changed and they needed more visits. Highly recommend Bluebird for caring for elderly relatives.

Mums dementia rapidly deteriorated to the point that the family was unable to provide the correct support. Bluebird were available at very short notice. Within a few days of first contact they were providing day & night care. They were very good at communicating mums daily situation and willing to adapt the care plan as mums condition progressed. Bluebird have been supporting my father since the earlier part of this year. They have helped him to continue to live independently in his home. We have been very impressed with all of the carers and the support they provide.

I enjoy that they make my bed and help sort my lunch. I like that they help me shower. I would like it if staff could show me earlier in the day as I have to wait until lunch to have staff do it.

The care we receive from Bluebird has changed all our lives. Our mother is safe, happy and receives the most wonderful care. All the girls are loving and caring, and treat her with the utmost respect and affection. They have made a point of getting to know her favourite foods, the routines that she likes and conversation topics that interest her and she loves them all Their daily notes are comprehensive and informative and a great help to us. Although the office staff are always very pleasant it is the carers that make the difference to Bluebirds. My mum loves them. Unfortunately the admin side lets bluebirds down. Lack of rotas, such varied timing, which we are not always advised of up front. Changes constantly being made, staff that are never sure where they are going. All this is known by them and they are working on improving things. They couldn't even get the new payment system up and running correctly. As a package Bluebird care offer good value for money, the carers are also very flexible and helpful, my mother can rely on them to provide support and care when she needs them, when required they are always willing and able to provide support.
