I have nothing to complain about all the staff have been very helpful, polite and we have had good chats, they have made me laugh and they have done what ever I asked them to do for me. I am very pleased with the service I am getting.

The service the careers provide my mum remains exceptionally good - They have been my mum's care provider for over a year now. I have nothing but praise for them and the office staff. I would certainly recommend Bluebire Care.

Fantastic service caring for my parents at home. All the staff were lovely and built great relationships with my parents. The office team were able to adapt quickly as their care needs changed and they needed more visits. Highly recommend Bluebird for caring for elderly relatives.

Mums dementia rapidly deteriorated to the point that the family was unable to provide the correct support. Bluebird were available at very short notice. Within a few days of first contact they were providing day & night care. They were very good at communicating mums daily situation and willing to adapt the care plan as mums condition progressed. Bluebird have been supporting my father since the earlier part of this year. They have helped him to continue to live independently in his home. We have been very impressed with all of the carers and the support they provide.

I enjoy that they make my bed and help sort my lunch. I like that they help me shower. I would like it if staff could show me earlier in the day as I have to wait until lunch to have staff do it.

The care we receive from Bluebird has changed all our lives. Our mother is safe, happy and receives the most wonderful care. All the girls are loving and caring, and treat her with the utmost respect and affection. They have made a point of getting to know her favourite foods, the routines that she likes and conversation topics that interest her and she loves them all Their daily notes are comprehensive and informative and a great help to us.
