Bluebird Care has been a lifeline for my stepmother and for me. They have supported her for nearly a year in all aspects even though she fought them all the way. Being a very independent person it has not been easy for them to help her but they persevered. She finally accepted their help begrudgingly. The girls were caring and friendly. I received support from them too at a time when I was sometimes at my wit's end. They were always ready to lend an ear. I would recommend them highly.
I felt compelled to write a review on how outstanding this care company was in undertaking my father's needs in his last weeks. Such was their care, attention to detail, empathy and regard for my father's wishes, dignity and comfort, I am comforted to know how calmly and serenely my father was able to cross the bridge. Really impressed and happy with all aspects of Bluebird Care Agency - the management were really flexible and helped us through a very difficult time with multiple last-minute care requests and cancellations - super empathetic and understanding. The care Bluebird gave to Mum during her last days was exceptional. The girls treated Mum as though she was their own mum. They took time and always found out what Mum needed that day, they communicated outside of the visits so the next carers who came were fully up to date with how Mum had been and whilst we were struggling, we felt that we were not alone, as they always asked if we were ok and if we needed anything. I have been very impressed with the carers that we have seen. They have all been enthusiastic and kind.
My wife has been receiving care from the company for over two years now. The caring staff are excellent, but not can be said for the management. They need a good shakeup.
Bluebird Care Swale provides a great service to my mum. I can rely on them turning up to provide the care that my mum needs and the caring staff are always friendly and treat my mum with respect.
My mother has dementia and all the staff she has had have been caring and treated her with dignity. They have done all that has been agreed between myself and Bluebird for the care of my mother. I am extremely happy with the care she is receiving. Also if I have any queries the office and management staff have always had the answer and stored my problem.
A very understanding and caring company and most helpful.
