Our tankless hot water heater stopped working unexpectantly after having a new roof put on and bluefrog not only responded quickly but sent also sent someone as soon as possible when I told them I was expecting to go into labor any day and really needed hot water. They went above and beyond to exhaust every possible reason it stopped working. I would highly recommend them!

Job was quoted and completed at less than half the price of the other Home Advisor recommended companies. It still seemed high for what I saw being done, but it did fix the problem. I had already paid for the hole to be cleared out around the spot where the work was done, and I put the dirt back myself.
